Marist wrapped up their exciting raffle for two Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert tickets in Paris with a lottery drawing February 14 on Facebook Live. The lucky winner is John Jordan, of Oak Lawn.

He has two sons and a niece and they all go to St. Catherine’s school. As winner of the raffle, Jordan takes home two tickets to see Taylor Swift live in Paris May 11, a three-night hotel stay, and $5,000 in travel and spending money for the trip.  

“Everyone in the house is excited, but they don’t know who is going yet,” Jordan said on Facebook.

One thousand raffle tickets were sold at $100 a piece. Tickets sold out by noon on Tuesday, just days after the raffle was announced.

 An anonymous donor in the Marist community supplied the tickets and the all-expense paid trip to Paris. Proceeds from the raffle will provide financial aid for students. 

“We’re really excited to pull John Jordan, a local family and Marist supporter, as the winner of the Taylor Swift raffle,” said Marketing Director Mrs. Bowles.
