For the third year in row, Marist defeated Brother Rice in the Battle of Pulaski Friday night on their home turf. It was a nail-biter that ended in an over-time game victory with the RedHawks winning 33-27.
It was tied at 27-27 at the end of the fourth quarter. Marist scored another touchdown and held Brother Rice back to the excitement of crowds in the stands.
Marist students stormed the field afterward in jubilation.
